How to maintain bobbleheads?
Firstly, the bobbleheads should avoid exposure to the sun. A long-term exposure will make the bobblehead discolor. The bobblehead should be drained of the water on it’s surface of the bobblehead and let it dry naturally rather than get sun exposure after it is washed.
Secondly, it should not be placed in the place with dust, dirt, and oil. Because it will be hard to clean as it’s prone to be cling to dust and stains.
How to clean bobbleheads?
Just rinse it with water if the bobblehead is ashy.But if the it’s hard to be cleaned just by rinsing with water, please cover the two-thirds of the outlet of the faucet with your hand to let the water pressure be greater and the impact be stronger. It will make the bobblehead cleaner. Please pay attention! Do not do that to those fragile parts of the bobblehead, otherwise it will lead to damage to the bobblehead. You can use banana water to wipe off the foreign matters. Banana water is also known as thinners. In the same way, the nail shampoo has the same effect. Please note that you should wipe the bobblehead with a cotton swab or paper towel dipped in banana water or thinner.
What should we do if the bobbleheads cracks or is broken?
Most commonly, the head is not so fixedly connected to the body, or detached from the body, just use glue to bond them.
Please do not use too much glue if the cracks is too small, or it will have bad affect on the beauty of the bobblehead. But some cracks can not be repaired by the yourself, please just return the bobblehead to the manufacturer for repair. There’s one thing you need to pay attention to, you need to pack it carefully before you send it to the manufacturer. Please make sure the package is strong enough for shipment and handling. Or it may be damaged by the courier in transit.
