As our products are 100% handmade and customized, the steps to make them are complicated.Clay figurines need to use carving, sculpting, pinching and other techniques to create a good image, which can be completed after several revisions, polishing, drying, firing and other more than ten processes.In order to make you more satisfied with the final product, we offer free unlimited modifications service.our handmade process will be confirmed with you in two steps!

Note: During the holiday season, due to the high number of customizations generated. In order to ship on time, we will not offer free modifications. All modifications will be reviewed by our product review manager and modification suggestions will be made. However, you can also choose our Holiday Paid Modification Service and we will arrange dedicated customer service to provide you with modifications! Paid modifications will be limited to a number of times, you can only use the limited number of times for modifications. After the number of times is used up, our product manager will review and provide modification suggestions for you again. We will then bake your bobbleheads and ship them to you.

Step 1

We will email you a photo of the face and body of the bobblehead you made for confirmation.You need to confirm within 12-24 hours, if you are not satisfied with any part of the face and body, we will modify it for you; if you are satisfied with the result, we will proceed to the next step of handcrafting. If you do not reply after the deadline, it is considered that you agree to this step by default.We will bake the body and face of the bobbleheads made in this step, and no modifications will be possible after baking. (Note: If the bobbleheads are holiday type themes, you need to confirm within 12 hours considering the shipping timeframe)

Step 2

We will email you a photo of your bobblehead hair (including the whole head) for confirmation, you need to confirm within 12-24 hours, if you are not satisfied with any part of the hair (including the whole head), we will modify it for you; if you are satisfied with the modified effect, we will proceed to the next step of handmade. If you do not reply after the deadline, it is considered that you agree to this step by default.We will bake the bobblehead hair (including the whole head) made in this step, and no modifications will be possible after baking. (Note: If the bobblehead is holiday themed, you will need to confirm within 12 hours given the shipping time).
