Do you know what affects bobblehead baking?

1.Time

Baking bobblehead should take enough time. Too long a baking time will easily make the bobblehead crack, too short may make the bobblehead not hard enough, so that it might be distorted when playing. Generally speaking, harder clays require longer baking time; softer clays require shorter baking time. The baking time means that the time from when the oven reaches a predetermined temperature to the end of the baking period. If the oven has not been preheated, the baking time should be added to the preheating time to get the correct baking time. Generally, it takes ten minutes to preheat the oven.

2.Temperature

The baking temperature of the bobblehead should be appropriate. if the temperature is too low, the item can not achieve the desired hardness and elasticity, and it is easy to break. If the temperature is too high, it will lead to the surface burnt black or even melting deformation. The baking temperature of all bobbleheads should be set at 110-150 degrees Celsius, not exceeding 145 degrees Celsius.
If the bobblehead cracks during the baking process, it can be fixed by filling with soft clay of the same color after it has cooled down, lightly pressed and smoothed, and then be put to the oven for a slight baking.
